Dashboard data issues

Call for support.
I am writing this to bring to your attention the current data discrepancy issues related to the eCHIS dashboard and the end-user tablet data. There is a discrepancy between the data on the dashboard and the tablet, and there is also a discrepancy in the data on the CommCare dashboard under the 3.3 report and 3.5 reports. Also, the number of some service provisions is insignificant, like the number of service provisions and records like stillbirth. Could you please check about this issue? We are unable to determine where we stand due to these discrepancies. For your information, I attached Three-zone data

Hi @Tamirat , the eCHIS development team is currently implementing significant updates for both mobile and web reports. We’re aiming to roll out a final version in the upcoming weeks. In this release, we’ll address discrepancies and duplication issues, and once the fix is implemented, we’ll promptly notify you.
