I need your assistance regarding a health post issue in West Shoa zone Nono Woreda Imboro Hp. We created a new user account, but upon logging in, we noticed some data that did not seem to belong to this health post. It appears that the health post has not been registered or initialized before. Can you please check and help us resolve this issue?
Furthermore, we have noticed similar issues in two other health posts regarding the initialization of the application. Both health posts have shown data upon initialization, such as village names (Chando 01 HP and Ali Abosare 01 HP).

Our system shows user accounts Or.hew.imboro.1 and .2 are mapped to location Ormomia/Buno Bedele/Gechi/Gechi/Imboro. Please don`t let the HEWs use this user accounts as they are other health Posts. I created this user accounts for the location you mentioned (Oromia/west Shewa/nano/jira gamachu/imboro). Usernames : or.hew.jiragmaachu.imboro.1 and or.hew.jiragmaachu.imboro.2
Similar case for Chando HP and Ali Abosare 01. Here are the new user accounts for those locations.
Chando HP : or.hew.dukoshumo.chando.1 and or.hew.dukoshumo.chando.2
Ali Abosare : or.hew.ali_abosere.1 and or.hew.ali_abosere.2 (already existing accounts)
