  1. Dale woreda – There are only 32 HP in Dale woreda but 33 in the commcare dashboard….try to remove one HP from the list of Dale Woreda (Danshe Sire)
  2. Dale woreda is not found after searching the name of woreda ‘Dale’ in the location [using 3.5 & 3.6 report by HP]

we did apply a fix for this issue a couple of weeks back but I can still see the issue persist, I will look into this again and get back to you.
