Dear @Andinet-Asamnew and Team,

As you are aware, the previous SNNP region has been restructured into the Central Ethiopia Region and the South Ethiopia Region. We have updated the structures in the DHIS2 system. However, in the eCHIS system, the metadata has not been updated. Due to this, we are unable to evaluate or measure the eCHIS performance accordingly. Therefore, please update the metadata as per the attached Excel document and note that the structures stated in the document are expected to move with their respective woredas and health facilities. If you need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me.

The issue has been resolved. eCHIS Location structure is corrected to the one you attached and also the data recorded on the old location has been migrated to the new one.
