Issue with Contract Staff Duplication and Position Status

Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we’ve encountered with the system regarding the renewal of positions for contract staff.

Currently, the system is duplicating the number of contract staff when their contract duration is renewed.

Additionally, it automatically sets the status of the created position to “Occupied.” I believe it would be more effective to change the position status to “Occupied” only when an employee is actually assigned to that position.

Could you please investigate this issue and advise on a solution? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

And it is not possible to accommodate Health professional promotion in the system. As we know every three years health professionals promote Staring from I up to IV rank with out leaving job Id. How do you see this?
