I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we’ve encountered with the system regarding the renewal of positions for contract staff.
Currently, the system is duplicating the number of contract staff when their contract duration is renewed.
Additionally, it automatically sets the status of the created position to “Occupied.” I believe it would be more effective to change the position status to “Occupied” only when an employee is actually assigned to that position.
Could you please investigate this issue and advise on a solution? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
