I would like to bring to your attention a minor issue with the hra.moh.gov.et system. It appears that iHRIS notification emails are not being forwarded back to the registered email addresses of employees. This issue is leading to employees selecting the “No” option during the HRL registration phase. Additionally employees couldn’t create self service account in HRA system.
When you have a moment, could you please look into this matter? Restoring the email notification functionality would greatly help in ensuring a smooth registration process for our health professionals.
