I hope this message finds you well.
During the ongoing household registration for eCHIS implementation, we’ve encountered a critical challenge impacting data completeness. Specifically, we are unable to register populations residing in close proximity to health centers in areas lacking nearby health posts.

These populations, while exclusively utilizing the services of the adjacent HC, are currently excluded from registration due to the Health Center application’s limitation of not having a direct registration option for individuals not linked to a specific HP.

We need to identify a solution to ensure these community members are accurately registered within the eCHIS.

  1. Populations who reside in close proximity to health centers - where do they get medical services? Do they go to their nearby health center or do they use neighbouring health posts as well?

  2. Does that mean such health centers do not have health posts under them?

  3. Are you proposing registering clients at the health center?

  1. the population residing in close proximity to health centers get all medical service at Health centers. and it does not have nearby health posts
  2. it has health posts under them as PHCU, but it is too far to register the population residing in close proximity to HC.
