Dear Team in Addis Ababa City Administration Health Bureau we have faced the following issue

  1. all Sub city Health Center data entry username are over privileged that means they can enter data above their HC
  2. we missed some Health Facilities in each sub cities that have legacy data.
  3. we miss data set in private facilities
