Argoba woreda data is not linked in superset dashboard

Dear Team member
The newly implimenting woreda which is found in south wollo zone Argoba woreda a pilot woreda for Outrich vaccinitation data HH registration and given vaccination number is not visible in superset dashboard.

I fixed the issue on staging. However, for other dashboard users to visualize all the changes I made, the DevOps needs to fix the database connection and IP issues on the staging server
